Raise funds effortlessly with a Sketch to Paint party! Perfect for special occasions or casual get-togethers, we bring the creativity straight to you. We provide you with paint party tickets to sell and include all the art supplies needed to transform your space into an art studio. Enjoy a guided painting session and create lasting memories with friends and family, while raising money.
What's Included
Premium Canvas – 12x16" for each painter
All Necessary Painting Supplies – Paint, brushes, and tabletop easels
Step-by-Step Instruction – Up to 2.5 hours with a professional instructor
Painting Selection – Choose from our extensive library or request a custom design (contact us for details)
Plan Ahead – Book your event 4-6 weeks in advance.
Pick Your Painting – Choose a design for your guests to create.
Set Ticket Prices – Earn 20% per $35 ticket or 30% per $40 ticket.
Sell Tickets – A minimum of 15 tickets is required.
Submit Payments – Turn in ticket proceeds 48 hours before the event.

We do not provide tables or chairs
Food & drinks are not included, but we’re happy to provide recommendations
Travel Fee: No charge within 25 miles of San Gabrial, CA. A $10 fee applies per additional mile beyond that
Final payment is due 48 hours before your event. Additional painters will be added to your invoice accordingly.

If an emergency arises, we will do our best to reschedule your event.
A final headcount is required at least 48 hours before your party. You will be charged based on this confirmed number, with no refunds for no-shows.
If you plan to add guests, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate them.
