Class Registration

1. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS - The student agrees to pay the coach a fee of $60 per hour for a group session ($120 per hour for a private session). Payments are due at the time of service and may be paid by: Zelle: sketchtopaint@gmail.com or Check: Made out to Matthew Schiavone

Cancellation Policy - 24-hour notice is required for session cancellations. If the Student fails to cancel with at least 24 hours notice, the Student agrees to pay a cancellation fee of $40.

2. TERM OF AGREEMENT - This Agreement will be in effect on the first day of class until either party terminates it with written notice. Either party may terminate the Agreement with 1 week notice, subject to any outstanding payments being settled.

3. EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Student agrees to actively engage in coaching sessions, complete any assignments or projects, and attend scheduled sessions regularly.

• The coach will provide personalized art instruction and guidance based on the Student's goals, skill level, and progress.

• The Student must provide any necessary materials or inform the coach of any preferred materials they wish to use for lessons.

• The coach will not be held responsible for the Student's progress, which depends on the Student's active participation.

• If coaching a minor, a parent must be present during the class.

4. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE - The Student agrees to hold harmless the coach for any injuries, damages, or accidents that may occur during the coaching sessions.

5. COST OF MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES - The Student is responsible for providing their own art materials. If the coach provides specific supplies for use during the session, they will inform the Student ahead of time, and the cost of supplies will be reimbursed to the coach.

6. GOVERNING LAW - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT - This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the coach and the Student. Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
